Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025         7:00 pm CT  Beta Kappa Virtual Chapter   Gina DioGuardi is a retired Director of Special Education and former Speech Language Pathologist.  She received her BS and MA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her DOSE certificate from Illinois State University.  Gina has worked in special education throughout the south suburban area and in central Illinois for over 30 years with treatment interests in Autism Spectrum and other Communication Disorders.  As an administrator, her focus has been on supporting staff with challenging cases, establishing positive relationships with families, and facilitating open and productive communication with all stakeholders.  As a retiree, Gina enjoys consulting with districts and supporting families of students with disabilities to help them better understand the process and advocate for their needs.
